Clawback Partners — how we handle your data

Last updated: September 11, 2026

What we receive

Only what you send us: carrier billing exports. These contain shipment charges, weights, dimensions, zones, service levels, tracking numbers, and origin and destination addresses.

What we do not receive

We do not ask for and cannot access your carrier account credentials, your payment methods, your bank information, your customers' payment details, or any system of yours. You export a file and send it. There is no connection between our systems and yours.

What we do with it

We analyze it for billing errors and produce a report for you. That is the only use.

What we don't do with it

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to produce your report and answer your questions about it. We delete it within 90 days of delivering the report, or immediately on your written request, whichever comes first.

To request deletion, email support@clawbackpartners.com. We confirm in writing when it's done.

Storage

Your data is stored encrypted, access-controlled, and separated from other customers' data. It is not stored on personal devices or in shared consumer cloud accounts.

Who can see it

Only personnel working on your report. We do not have contractors, offshore processing, or data-entry vendors.

Automated analysis

We use automated systems, including AI tools, to analyze billing data. All findings are reviewed before they reach you. Your data is not used to train any model.

If something goes wrong

If we become aware of unauthorized access to your data, we will notify you within 72 hours with what we know and what we're doing about it.
